This recipe is cooked and shown to us by our friends cook Vipin Nautiyal, who is from Garhwal hills. The recipe uses a lot of local herbs and spices and has a unique taste. Flavour and texture wise, it is a cross between a curry and a stew. A winter favourite of Garhwali people to keep themselves warm.
